01
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in much the same way. They can be essential for a site to work, or used to remember preferences, measure use or show advertising.
02
How we use them
We keep this site light. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to track you across other websites.
Strictly necessary: our hosting provider, Framer, may use technologies that are required to deliver the site securely and reliably. These do not need your consent.
Analytics: we use Framer’s built-in analytics, which measures visits in aggregate without setting cookies or identifying you personally.
Forms: when you submit an enquiry, it may be sent to our CRM provider, Zoho, whose service may set its own cookies to process the submission securely.
Remembering your progress: if you use the Health Check, symptom checklist, licence check, Zoho stack builder, Renewal Radar or stage finder, your answers are saved in your browser’s local storage (rygnite:memory:v1) so they are still there next time. They never leave your device unless you submit a form. Use “Clear my data” in the welcome-back panel or the search (⌘K, or Ctrl K on Windows) to remove them at any time.
03
If this changes
If we add tools that use non-essential cookies, such as advertising pixels or third-party analytics, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before those cookies are set.
04
Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may stop parts of the site from working. Guidance for most browsers is available at ico.org.uk.
