Project status and performance visible to management
01 · Situation
Customer, project and installation data sat across multiple systems and spreadsheets. Contractor coordination ran on email, and tracking was done by hand.
As deployment volumes rose, administrative load rose with them. Management reporting was limited, and there was no single view of where any project actually stood.
02 · Objectives
03 · The consolidation
Lead, site assessment, installation, contractor and report all pointed at the same customer record. Nothing was re-keyed between stages, and nothing had to be reconciled afterwards.
04 · Migration approach
Stakeholder workshops and process mapping came before configuration. The future operating model was agreed on paper first, so the platform reflected how the business actually ran rather than how the software assumed it did.
