01 · Situation
A major customer disruption created an urgent need for agile, high-impact recovery across a multinational estate.
The scope was never one problem. Data centre exit, security remediation and network acceleration all had to move at once, at scale, without waiting on each other.
02 · Objectives
03 · The consolidation
Recovery programmes usually stall transformation, and the estate gets rebuilt twice. Running them as parallel outcome-based workstreams meant the estate was being rebuilt properly while it was still being stabilised.
04 · Migration approach
High-performance engineering pods were deployed across parallel programmes, each owning an outcome rather than a task list. That reduced risk on individual workstreams while compressing the overall timeline.
