Deciding what survives

when two CRMs become one.

A proof of concept that resolved a two-CRM conflict, followed by a two-week architecture sprint across eight design areas. It produced the reference documents the implementation team could build directly against.

Tenant relationships, occupancy pipelines, lease administration and stakeholder reporting ran across disconnected spreadsheets, email and manual trackers.

Underneath sat two separate CRM systems with no unified view. The duplication created process inconsistency, data integrity risk and limited cross-team visibility. The hard question was never which platform. It was which processes, data and workflows would survive.

Both systems held a version of the tenant. Neither held all of it. Consolidation meant deciding which processes and data earned a place in the single environment, and writing that decision down before anyone configured anything.

The proof of concept showed how operations could sit inside the target platform, which settled the question of running two CRMs at once. Phase 0 then turned that into a build-ready programme.
