From no CRM or shared data model to one environment
Distinct pipelines and pricing inside one platform
Architecture and discovery completed before build began
Entity configuration and finance integration underway
01 · Situation
No CRM, no shared data model, no finance integration. Multiple legal entities, each with different sales processes, customer bases and pricing structures.
Everything ran manually across spreadsheets, email and disconnected processes, with no visibility across the group. The hard part was organisational, not technical.
02 · Objectives
03 · The consolidation
One platform that deliberately keeps the entities apart. Shared structure and naming at group level; separate pipelines, segmentation, pricing and permissions for each entity.
04 · Migration approach
Phase 0 delivered an agreed architecture before any configuration was written, so the build phase starts from decisions rather than assumptions. Phase 1 is now underway.
